REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, along with its proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item. If you don’t absolutely love it, please let us know why, for all our product are made with meticulous and careful handling of machines, by a human being. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

To start a return, you can contact us at luckyvalentinebrand@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to a physical address. Items sent back to us blindly without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or store credit was approved or not. After a refund is processed, please contact your bank or credit card provider for their status. Some banks and credit companies have different processing times.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on flash sale items, or gift cards.

DAMAGES AND CUSTOM PRODUCT ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item. A manufacture defect is a defect in how the item looks compared to the mock proof email. Once the proof or mock email was finalized and approved by you, be are unable take refunds or exchanges.
