Refund & Exchange Policy

At Lucky Valentine Supply Co, every item is created with care. Many of our products are made-to-order through our production partner, while others are handmade, distressed, sewn, embellished, or customized in-house as one-of-one pieces. Because of the nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-Order & Handmade Items

Many of our graphic tees, hoodies, sweatpants, and other apparel items are produced after your order is placed. This reduces waist, helps sustainability, and ensures quality control. We also offer handmade and limited one-of-one garments created individually by hand. Each handmade item may contain slight variations, distressing details, fading, stitching differences, or imperfections that make every piece unique.

All sales are considered final if stated in each individual listing, such as 1/1 and 1 of 1 unique items. If a printed graphic item arrives damaged, defective, or is the incorrect item you ordered, please contact us.

Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if:

1) Your item arrives damaged, 2) You received the wrong item, 3) The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

1) Your order number, 2) A description of the issue, 3)Clear photos of the item and packaging, and once reviewed, we’ll determine the best resolution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

1/1 and 1 of 1 hand processed items, worn or washed items, items damaged after delivery, incorrect size selections, sale or discounted items, custom or personalized products.

Sizing

Please review all sizing charts carefully before purchasing. Since many items are made-to-order, we cannot guarantee size exchanges.

If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Handmade / One-of-One Garments

Our handmade pieces are individually altered, distressed, sewn, printed, or embellished by hand. Natural inconsistencies are part of the design and should not be considered defects. Minor variations in color, placement, distressing, or stitching are expected.

Each items listing will state as all sales are final, since there is no actual stock for 1 of 1 items.

Shipping Issues

Once packages are shipped, it is out of our control how each carrier operates such as shipping delays or incorrect addresses. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We’ll still do our best to help.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins on graphic printing, orders cannot be changed.
