Orders & Production

How long does it take to process my order?
Some products are made to order through our print partners. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Why does production take a few days?
To reduce waste, aid in sustainability, and ensure quality control, each graphic apparel (tee, sweatpants, etc) are printed specifically for your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We can only make changes or cancellations within 12–24 hours of purchase. Once production starts, the order cannot be modified.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system.
