I can’t find my size? What’s a custom order?
We’re glad you asked. We are all made uniquely and our curves are not one size fits all. Please email us if you’re interested in a custom made harness to perfectly hug your body. We will provide you our current available products and colors that we are able to create for you.
There are no additional custom order fee’s, since all our harnesses are made by a live human not a machine. The cost may go slightly up or down up only because of utilizing more or less materials. We will quote you adequately and send you a link for a custom product, with the measurements you asked for. We will begin making your custom harness after we receive payment and have processed your order.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, please email us at luckyvalentinebrand@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours during the order processing stage. No refund can be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission. Please contact the shipping partner for more options in retrieving your order from them. If a package is returned to us due to a mistake in inputting your address, we will contact you.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Your non custom item can be returned or exchanged. If there is a manufacturer defect on your custom item, please contact us for return/exchange options. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive before requesting a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order. Please see restrictions below.
If your item is not custom, you must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already shipped, please email luckyvalentinebrand@gmail.com.
If it is for a custom item, you must cancel you order before you finalize your options in our mock email. Only then will you get a full refund, since the custom item has not started production.

Absolutely! We are here to help you! Please send us an email to email luckyvalentinebrand@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you in the best way possible. Since we receive a large number of emails, if you wish to get a more prompt response please attach your order number, as many order details, and address the problem clearly. Thank you!
